- Upon engagement we run a free comprehensive analysis of the current Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations security roles attached to each user in your organisation
- Through this analysis we identify the highest licensed security roles being used by users in your system.
- We then utilise our in-house security tool to analyse and replace your existing roles with custom lower level licensed roles.
- User acceptance testing is then carried out by your business in a non-production environment to ensure all permissions needed are available to all users.
- Additional permissions that may be needed can be requested and added by our team
- Sign off of UAT is then considered and upon sign off the Production environment will be updated.
- Lastly a named user license report will be run directly in Production to confirm the reduced license costs.

Role Extension Pack
We develop and provide a set of custom security roles that have been purposefully built to provide targeted management access to one or multiple modular areas of the system. Tow main categories are Management and View Only access roles.
Organisations can assign these elevated roles to management type staff to ensure any configuration or setup changes are effectively and safely managed.
View Only roles can be assigned to auditors or other external parties where necessary.
To help organisations manage overall business processes efficiently we have built the 'Workflow Administrator' role that has the ability to analyse, resume and resolve all levels of workflow issues. This role comprises of system administrator type access without compromising other vulnerable areas of the system.
